Frequently Asked Questions
- Product production time - Please note the specific production times of certain products. If it states within the product description "MADE TO ORDER" - please keep this in mind.
- Processing and dispatch time – Once payment reflects, orders will be processed within 7 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery (i.e. date of dispatch)
- Tracking of your order – Once dispatched you will be notified via email with your tracking number. Orders will take approximately 2-4 working days from date of dispatch depending on where you live.
- Collection of orders from store – Once your order is ready for collection you will be notified via email with the hours for collection as well as the address. Please do not come collect before you have received your notification email.
- Visiting the Showroom – Due to the increased volumes of online orders over the festive season period – our showroom is only open at very specific times. Please review our website for these times or email email@example.com to confirm the times. We would hate for you to be disappointed when you arrive and the showroom is not open.
- Problems buy online – if you are experiencing ANY technical difficulties when making a purchase online – please email Kelly our sales assistant at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will assist you in completing your purchase as well as with any other queries you may have
